yeah it's DLC but i hate to bust your bubble it can be duped my friend duped it and i had it duped at one point but my garage lagged and everything in there dissapeared so i just wanna re dupe it, IT CAN BE DONE dont be silly

I'm sorry to burst your bubble but having that car in your garage was probably the reason your garage bugged and deleted itself. Cloud servers can run maintenance and repair themselves and if you don't have the DLC upon loading it will debug itself causing your garage to delete itself. Or at least that is what the logarithm seems to do from what I can make of it.

This guys right, it can be duped yes. But only if you want everything gone and deleted. So sure, get it. But lose everything, good day
