I'm not very good with graphics and don't use Photoshop. I use a software called GIMP.

You could ask people to do it for you or download GIMP (which is free) and create an image yourself. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube if you don't know how to use the software.

Anyways, hope you get a good profile picture!

Edit: Of course, if you can afford Photoshop, you could just buy that but GIMP is similar to Photoshop but 100% free.
