Well, I've spent more than 5 hours trying to get this glitch working. There is no easy way in getting it into the garage. You have to press B a few milliseconds before teleporting, so it is hard as hell. My recommendation is to be patient, and do not try to move the jet every time. If your character is teleporting it will work eventually. (also, take a look at the picture at the first post, it is pretty helpful)

Another tips I can give:

TO GET THE JET : There is a very easy way to get a jet and a hard way. The easy way requires 2 people, and the hard one can be done with a single person.

-Easy Way: Find a friend and do any Top Fun mission. Choose the jet team and you are done, but your friend will need to be in the game while you are trying to put it into the garage. Obs: You will need to Call Lester/Pegasus/Anyone that can do more things than "request a job" later.

-Hard Way: The hard way is by stealing it from the military base. However, there are some things that can be done to make your life easier:
--Get a Buzzard/Cargobob/Any military chopper or call Merryweather for a helicopter ride. By doing this you will only be wanted when you leave the vehicle. Land/Get near the jet and run like hell.
--Watch out for tanks. I mean it. If you try to steal a jet with a tank nearby, well, good luck...
--Avoid the jet inside de hangar. You will loose time goin inside it and tanks might show up. There are lots of jets in the base, you just need to search.
--If a missile is coming at you, fly up.
--As soon as you leave the base, call lester to get rid of your wanted level.

TO LAND THE JET: If you have the Eclipse Tower, don't land it too near. There are a lot of obstacles in that area so there are high chances of f*cking it up. So land in this area on the image and slowly go to the garage.

That's all I can help with. The Insurace part is a piece of cake. Simply destroy a personal vehicle, get into the garage again, call the insurance, enter the jet, move it and press A when the screen goes black (but before the loading icon). Didn't got this part? Haha sorry I ended up doing it I forgot to reposition every time the guy teleports in.
And I insured it like in a second no hassle but abit wierd how I got it to work.

Also I had no problems getting the Jet that was easy I robbed the army base.

But thanks for the help that's what I like to see in the TTG community is people helping each other not leaching from each other

Your jet is meant to explode, then press Y, get killed and you'll spawn with your jet outside your garage.
