Alright, so a few months ago I accidently updated the BIOS on my alienware, I believe I updated them to a different alienware and since then i've been getting blue screens of death, frequent crashes, bootup times with my ssd slow, mouse lag, etc. Can someone help me fix this, I have a Alienware M17x R4 Model.

If you think you put the wrong bios on then reflash the correct one.

I will reinstall your OS (Operating System) and that will automatically re update the boot and system files or if that does not work, I would send it to Dell for a repair.

McNuggets- wrote I will reinstall your OS (Operating System) and that will automatically re update the boot and system files or if that does not work, I would send it to Dell for a repair. The problem is, I have 4 drives in my computer, I have a hyper drive, a backupdrive a ssd and a Raid Drive. I think I need to send it to dell.

There is a saying in tech support if it works don't touch it. But since you did. Re-flash your bios to the version for your laptop.
