I am trying to permanently remove a Sheriff SUV from my garage. I can't sell it... Is there a way/glitch I can do to sell it or remove it?

(I know about replacing it, but I want to remove it)

You get the cops on yourself and leave it so it will get towed and then after so long in the towing lot they will destroy it.

I think that would work

You mean you want to get a free spot in your garage?

Replace it with a car that doesn't have insurance, then take that car put and blow it up.
