The best way to get it early and cheaper is via flashing your xbox 360 console. The ISO for Call of duty Ghost will be out with in the next could days.

Of course you can, as soon as they put there servers online you can connect just as if its a normal copy of the game.

This isn't true as I've done it with ever cod over the last 4 to 5 years and not received one ban.(Playing online also)

You will not get banned, they never banner anyone for playing a cod online early.
