Yeah criminal records is possibly one of the best ways, Use these settings if you're setting the race up

* Number of Laps = [3]
*Traffic [ON]
*Wanted Levels [ON]
*Custom Vehicles [ON]
*Catchup [OFF]
*Split Times [PERSONAL]
