I'm going to be making a new build for Christmas and I want to get the Gigabyte Radeon R9 280x and was wondering if it would fit in the NZXT 210 Elite White case??? PLEASE HELP

Yes, but a very high-end card like that doesn't belong in a budget case like that. The 210 is good for the price, but I'd never suggest using a card like that in it. You'll have trouble with cable management because there's not much space behind the tray to route the two PCI power cables.
EDIT: It's worth mentioning that I've worked a lot with this case.

Gigabyte do tend to put long coolers on their cards but it should fit fine. But like r00t said, a card like that doesn't belong in a budget case. But if you really want that case, go for it.
