What he means is that when all these youtubers and stuff went to play the game it was the BETA of CoD Ghosts. They said that there would not be quickscoping in it after the BETA was played by all of them.

And you know this how ? If they just made it like bo1 quick scoping you kids would soon flock back to bo2 cause it won't be easy like mw3/bo2

I am 90% sure the quickscoping that the developers were talking about is where you start to aim down the scope, but you fire before you crosshairs come up. It is still as accurate as a scoped shot. I saw all regular scope kills in that video. I personally don't count those as quickscopes since the crosshairs came up. The developers probably didn't at the time either.

Lets be real here, everyone is tired of quickscoping and tired of getting quickscoped so IW says they are taking it out so they would keep their sales up and it will still be there. Get use to it.
