Rockstar said it will be at the start of November they are putting it on hold so they can make sure there are no more problems with the servers so every one gets it problem free

R* is trying to fix all glitches and problems with the games. Than the next available update in like 1 - 2 weeks should come with 250k. Than later the other half.
