1. Call 1-866-922-8694
2. Wait on the phone till you get someone to answer
3. Then you will want to tell them that someone had a tank as a personal vehicle and you blew it up for self defense
4. They will argue for about 10 minutes and when they say I am sorry we can not help you then you say well I'll just take my game back and never buy from rockstar again
5. They will ask for your gamertag and congratulations.
