He can still get banned for playing early since its against xboxs code of conduct but COD dose't normally ban for playing there games early

Just play it with ur HDD unplugged and offline, and clear your cache when your done and you should be good I think

its advised to play game offline with a different offline account untill maybe a day or two before release, its against xbox code of conduct to play unreleased games. So theres a possibility of being banned. This ban probably won't come soon they usually take about a week to kick in. I would know :'(

You can and most probably will get banned playing it this early online , seen a few ppl, on twitter get banned y/day lol

Its not against the code of conduct back when halo reach came out Stepto himself, on the Major Nelson Radio Podcast, has stated himself that playing any LEGIT copy of any game played before it's release date will NOT result in a ban.

People just say you get banned but they are just jealous...
