As you may know (or not) the Tow Truck causes other people to freeze. This is because it was never meant to be online. If your xbox keeps freezing it could result in some damage to it.

Once Rockstar finds out about this (Or maybe they all ready know), you could get banned for the simple reason that you're causing people to freeze. Get rid of it (Or don't and get banned).

Once R* finds out? They already know man... And they won't ban anyone because look at GTA IV. That game was terrible for it and nobody got banned by Rockstar. Only way they are going to get banned is if people report them directly to Microsoft and even then it's only a 2 week profile ban.

What's stopping them from banning you? Nothing. They're all ready banning people for money glitches and other exploits.

I got rid of my tow truck along time ago, its not fun to try to tow something and freeze a friend causing their xbox coils to freeze and try to fix the freeze, your console will get damaged after freezing so many times.

This is why rockstar should have just kept the single player spawn in online.

People who have it should know there is a high risk of getting there garage reset for having the car in there garage, Hope R* makes the tow truck usable online & it spawns online since modders will just keep spawning them

Just wondering, does the same go for the space docker? I've had the occasional freeze lately and no one was using a tow truck.

Could just be I'm on the 2008 Xbox Pro.

I have no clue. I've never experienced freezing because of the space docker.
