Text Tutorial:

Step 1: Go to game store. as soon as you hit (A) to accept press start, online, leave gta online
Step 2: You will load up as michael, then load up the store again and press (B) now you're playing as michael)
Step 3: Go get a 2-5 star level. the higher the better!
Step 4: Call a random mission
Step 5: Once u have the stars blinking, keep clicking accept.

Best explanation video I've seen but do you have to make the stars blinking before you press A? Or can you just keep pressing A?
