You still need a rgh chip.

The only reason it says rgh edition is it comes with the cable to program the rgh chip.

Also I would buy team-xecuter nand-x considering they are the ones that make nand-x.

You will also need soldering iron kit (with solder and flux)

and a coolrunner as Dumb_modz said
