why does this keep happening? its happened only once and never before that, please help, as i am on stealth right now, and will need to buy again before long if i dont get an answer. PLEASE HELP, thanks

It is probably because of your plugins on dash launch.
To boot the xbox without loading the dashlaunch plugins press the power button then press the eject button!

put a blank launch.ini on your usb stick and then boot your console and then it should work.
