Soo, i think im doing it right, i can get up to the part of saving it, and it saves and i put it as my crew emblem then it shows it's the rockstar logo, then after a while it just turns white.

When you save it and see the rockstar logo that just means it's taking time to render out the picture. Just wait a bit and you should see it. If you still have problems let me know. Glad to hear it worked out!

i gave currently commissioner again so he's clearing out the crew of all the ps3 members and and people that are below 100
