Anyone know how to turn xbox 360 saves into pc saves

I have the xbox saves and want to play borderlands on the pc with the same game save

I'm sure that doesn't work because the coding is completely different? It would just corrupt.

It works for borderlands 2 im just wondering if it will work on the first one?
