Its a 50/50 chance of being banned, last year i played black ops 2 a week early nothing happened... who cares, the way i see it is the xbox one will be out in less than a month.. so if you cant survive a month without xbox that is pretty sad, and if you care about your account being banned make a second one... its THAT simple

If you stealth patch it you have nothing to worry about people aslong as you don't go around saying that your xbox is flashed online or you play a game a month early.

Why does it bother you so much? And are the servers even up right now for multiplayer?

And just saying, I still wouldn't risk getting banned 1 month-permanent ban just to play a few days early
