Get two things that are not flexible but long and thin. I use two small screwdrivers. Next you want to stick each one into each of the fans on the back and boot your JTAG. Wait 4-5 minutes and the power pack light should turn orange, turn your JTAG off and let it cool down. Reboot and it should work again, did for me.

to fix it take it apart take the mother board out of the metal casing in the case and then take the xclamps of the motherboard. ofter thats you will see a gpu and a cpu chip remove the thermal paste of the chips with a q tip and replace it with new thermal paste.

do not spead the paste on the chip it will melt on to it.

then put your jtag back together turn it on and it should work

have any more questions pm me

OR SEND YOUR CONSOLE TO ME AND I WILL FIX IT FOR YOU FOR A PRICE

Take the it apart to where its inside its metal case.
then keep a fan on it at high speed... and if you have an air condition on your wall
set it to like 60 degrees and point it directly at your JTAG...
or upgrade to a falcon or jasper.
