Hello, I have recently got back into gaming, mainly Call of Duty.
I play Call of Duty:
Modern Warfare
World at War
Modern Warfare 2
Ghosts (When Released of Course)
I have noticed that a lot of people have HD Recording devices nowadays and was wondering from their point of view whether they are worth having and what purposes they use them for,
I do like the look of them and have the money ready to purchase one, however I am not sure as there is a lot of competition on YouTube nowadays and to stand out and be Successful seems to be getting harder and harder.
What do you guys think?
Yes/No?
Thanks

It all depends on what you would like to do with it, if you're going to record gameplay and make montages then it would probably be a thing to look into! I'd just make sure you'd get the use outta it before you spend the money!

The reason I would be getting a HD PVR is because my friend is selling one for a good price, not to bothered about the slight difference between the two.
I would be recording FFA Gameplay such as games 30-(4-0) and other gameplay but not too sure which parts yet, any suggestions on what you guys would like to see?

I have a hauppauge gaming edition and I love it, I only got it because it was used and wasn't so expensive so if you're buying a used one than go for it.

I would recommended the elgato because the HD PVR is too hype!
