Try to clear system cache if not working try take out ur hdd and play fifa season see if it froze or not it could be ur hdd problem

no, your ultimate team is attached to your profile so is impossible to delete off of the xbox.

1. Delete your system Cache
2. Delete your FIFA files (only FIFA14)
3. DON'T sign in until you are forced too.
4. Buy new xbox / FIFA disc (not recommended) ;)

Here's how to solve:
Make sure FIFA 14 is uninstalled from the HDD.
Go to system and delete your profile.
Then redownload your profile from the cloud.
Clear system cache
Then remove your internet connection from the 360 and reconnect it.
Finally, reinstall the game to HDD and boot up, should work fine!
