Firstly I'd just want to just quickly explain what we're about and what we want to do and achieve -

Seems FIFA has changed drastically since last year, and it's less pace. We wanted to offer a club that can get a balance of every aspect of the game, and not having any dominant area of the pitch or leaving areas out. Obviously the passing aspect is a key part of this club and we want to strive that about the club from the defence to the midfield and attack making sure the play is great as well as enjoyable. We are looking for players who can play in a specific role but in a free form formation, who can cover for players behind them and also attack as a unit and defend as a unit, for example we want the possession and high pass accuracy and very few touches as well as the overall build up, for example the centre backs will be a key start to a build up, because we want to play a fluid style of football and not force any sort of football. It's likely one of the centre backs will be pushing so we want the free form formation, so players in a higher position can slot into the defensive role, and creating more space and gaps as well as dragging players on the opposition from their position. Formation we are playing is 4-3-3 false 9, using the CF as a striker as well as a key impact in the midfield, right back and left back are attacking and create a lot and offer the switch ball as well as pushing players central and creating space as well as overlapping runs. Right wing and left wing will be very similar but dragging defenders out to open up play as well as pushing in the middle to make the short passing and interlinking passes from the midfield and defensive areas. Centre midfielders will be the focus point of any attack, using these as the key passes and play makers, creating space dragging players out as well as making passes which is simple but spreading play out. Centre defensive midfielder will play a role and drag players out, but giving great passes to every angle of the pitch and making the counter attacks fluid. Main focus points is getting them key goals without forcing too much, and making space defensively in a free form formation. Creating a lot of passes and using a lot less touches and more team work then individuals. Football will be kept on the ground unless necessary.

Enough of the style of football and what we want to create now time to recruit players. Not looking for goalkeepers, just outfield players. Communication is key, so microphones are needed.

Something to bare in mind the 4-3-3 is a generic formation which is likely to be used in the trialling period until the final 11 players are called up as well as back up playes. The formation is likely to change to suit our own personal preferences. As well as the formation changes, the individual players will have a lot more responsibilities then they might usually have due to the game this year, and the way we can counter act other teams with the areas we can utilise.
