LOL ! The "haters" are right this is not professional at all if you want to go professional go do something other than youtube backgrounds like manipulations,logos,anything besides backgrounds.

Well why don't you go pick up a graphic design textbook and flip through it, and see it you see any YouTube style art in it.. I'll save you a trip; you won't, and for good reason.
1) a professional graphic designer will not base his designs solely on a small community, where a certain trend is popular.

2) YouTube graphics are done when YouTube is done (or when they change their layout-AGAIN). Take for example they many "professional" artist (more like GFX-ers) that spent most of their efforts designing YouTube layouts with 3D text, etc. and now most of them have vanished due to the new layout change.

3) it's sort of a joke. I'll admit, it's a great way to get introduced to the use of softwares, but the design skills or fundamentals you'll develop are completely impractical, and will be laughed upon in a professional setting. If you want to use 3D, go to video effects, not graphic design..

I could go on, but I don't want to further the "hate".... If you can't take criticism (or good advice at that) expect to have a short career - in anything you do...

I find it amazing how someone can post work on a forum and expect feedback , And then call people " Haters" for giving them constructive feedback.You are lucky that there is enough skilled designers on this forum that can give you feedback to not only improve your current work but to improve your likeylihood of you succeeding as a Graphic designer ( If that is what you want)

I started doing Youtube "GFX" and im thankful i come across it , but now i am in Sixth form studying Art and Design : Graphic communication and while i am no where near as good as some of the other designers on this forum and i have ALOT of things i need to improve on , I have moved on from the "GFX" and while i am happy that i spent time doing youtube graphics i wish that someone had told me sooner ( Or that i realised sooner) that YT graphics was mostly a waste of time because when it comes to Logos , Website design etc , You dont want to be using the " Youtube style"

These are really nice designs 9/10.

But personally i wouldn't class them as "professional" for the one fact that a "professional" business wouldn't be able to use this kind of graphics.
Only you tube graphics or forums.
