I'm currently confused when you get your character online.. do you just request a job from Lester? Or do u requet him to lower your wanted level?

Get wanted lvl
When wanted lvl starts going away (Stars Flashing) Keep tapping a on the mission from your phone
If it put's you to downloading screen, wait for it to end and open the games store then close it and start over from requesting a job !
