I can't find the cargobob anywhere! I'm level 84 and all there is are buzzards, anyone know a spawn point for it?

Because of your rank the buzzard will always spawn, to get a titan or cargobob to spawn you need to be around the 30 ranks

thats not true. im lvl 116 and i have this problem as well its no were to be found

He said: 'if you're not level 21-30, then you can't get the cargobob/titan, you're level 116 so you can not'

Not true if you are above lvl 35 the cargo bob wont spawn but the titan will
