The graphics are the same. But, with the disk you have a chance of damaging/breaking it, etc. Also, with the digital download you may accidentally delete it, an then have to re-install the game.

if you look after discs then i would always get the disc version because it means you can bring it your friends or whatever and of course sell it after when you dont want it and it uses less gigabytes on your hard drive to install but if you dont look after your disc then do a digital download but if you make a new xbox/psn account you will then lose the game
