35 average at 1920*1200, so around close to 40 at 1080p.

You should play well on Medium graphics.

Get Windows 8.1 unless you really prefer 7. 8 is faster in games and other tasks like booting, sleeping, etc.

Get a better motherboard. The G43 does not have a VRM heatsink. One of these would be better:
