New Silent Shot Glitch

So one day i was playing some private matches with my friend.Then we wanted to see which is more accurate out of the m9 akimbo or usp akimbo.
We started getting bored and i was just holding both the triggers and holding ( x ) at the same time.
I then killed him while doing that and it appeared as a silent shot. I even did it again and i killed him again just to find out it was another silent shot?
Anyone want to confirm this? My friends aren't really on right now and i don't feel like playing mw2.
Tip: i had no throwing knife ( i had sentex )
I had ninja pro
I didn't have sleight of hand
i forgot what else i had...
