Okay its pretty easy all you need is a friend, 2 Trophy Systems, and 2 Black Hats (or what ever they are called. )
You get around 9-15k xp a Game so yeah.

Get into a kill confirmed lobby with your friend but make sure he is on the other team.

Step 1: Go to somewhere secluded where no one will go and your sure of that.
Step 2: Throw down 2 Trophy systems, and let your friend destroy them.
step 3: He then has to throw his 2 trophy systems down.
step 4: you then hack the trophy systems and he then destroys them.
step 5: kill him and then run somewhere and hide.

Then the XP will gather up. ( this proof below ( sorry its commentary )
