not really no cause you'll be unlocking achievements online not good imo

if u have a legit copy they can't do anything because it's the stores fault they sold it to you

having the game in a xbox you dont want to banned on is a good idea
every game thats loaded in your cd drive has its memory saved and when you go online it gets uploaded to xbox live
