Do you have to be a certain level for the challenges for the Ghillie Suit and Cobra to be completed? Does anyone have them?

As far as I know it doesn't matter. You just need to complete the challenges for it to unlock. Just use the chrome-lined barrel, it's probably going to take a minute. lol

I have completed those challenge way beyond the requirements. All i do is snipe.
