Has anyone else noticed this problem? I have downloaded the add-on but I can't find him. Any help is always appreciated!

you need to customize your character and then i am not sure any more. head or headgear..
And then you will see Simon "Ghost" Riley

Thanks man! Just found it! I thought it was like the whole uniform or something but I guess it's only the mask. Thanks, again!

yeah i got problems with that finding to.
Also thought it was a whole uniform.
They need to better explain that the next time
