So I just bought a new video card from New egg, I got the r9 270x... I put it on my mobo and my computer is not recognizing it. I went to the bios and tried turning of my integrated video card and I did... but now I have no way of seeing a picture  how can I get my computer to recognize the card? Plz help! Oh and I just upgraded my power supply and that works fine.

You'll need to install the drivers that should be on a cd that came with your video card if that doesnt work try using a different PCI slot , and make sure the graphics power cable is plugged in !

None of that has worked. My mobo only has 1 pci-c 2.0 slot on it.

Maybe the graphics card is only compatible with a 3.0 slot?
