PST (US) - 10am 8/11/2013 (11/8/2013)
GMT (UK) - 6pm 8/11/2013 (11/8/2013)
EST - 1pm 8/11/2013 (11/8/2013)

Finish:

PST (US) - 10am 11/11/2013
GMT (UK) - 6pm 11/11/2013
EST - 1pm 11/11/2013

Everywhere else but America I believe uses Day/Month/Year.
