Drop the 6350 to a 6300, they're the same chip.
Get the ASUS M5A97 PRO R2.0 instead of the LE as the LE doesn't have a VRM heatsink.
Bump the GPU up to a 7950 or a 270X.
For the PSU go with an OCZ ZS 550w. Quality PSU for the money.

The power supply you need depends on whether you are going to sli or not.I recommend any evga with at least a 80 plus gold.if you are going to sli then you will need at least 750w and if you are not going to sli then a 500w power supply will be all you need. you will be able to play battlefield 4 at high settings.you might be able to do ultra but not at 60 fps.this is a good first build but next time trie to go with an intel cpu

650 Ti isn't really that strong of a GPU.
6350 is just an overclocked 6300.
I've estimated the price of this at: 640$ w/o PSU.
With that said I'd go with something like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
7870 Ghz Edition is basically a cheaper 270X, 8320 > 6350, 1TB HDD as should be in every build, XFX Core 550w is a great PSU, Antec One is a good case.

I'm not positive, but I think it can.
