Hey man i paid around 2 weeks aho got it a week after thats fine but i got reset and waiting kn a redo as you saidni sent you a pm a week ago still no respond any news?

Hey you were on about a hour ago can i get some sort of status update i sent you payment i should get some sorta status update...? Like estimate when you get around to actually answer me? Considering i havent been on the last 5 days bc i payed and was afraid to mess up the recovery

In your faq it says no longer than 48hours, and in Extreme cases you will notify of the delay and why. I havnt hade either. And I believe you should change your title from open to CLOSEED until you catch up with everyone's that's paid. Would be greatly appreciated because I've been waiting since I paid and provided all info early Monday. And from what I've read their are others that have been waiting longer. I'm also resenting my pm to you so I know you have got it still.

OT: With TU4 out for AW I am going to do a quick test account and make sure that everything is good to go with it and then I will continue orders for AW. After I finish the quick test I will complete orders for the other games to get caught up with that and then I will be making sure everything is alright with the AW account and will continue completing everyones account on AW.

It's been about 2 weeks and still no recovery and why aren't u replying to my Pm's I payed you 55$ to recover my account for AW. I'm thinking about disputing the payment since I was never given a service.

Can any administrator Close this topic? A lot of people paid and haven't received their service. Perfect example I paid for aw recovery on Nov 10th, I haven't heard back from rapcat since then

same here as well you need to doing something and notify and stay in contact with current buyers, i have read your FAQs most of which are false ive been waiting since saturday for a answer and i payed monday and still waiting for a confirmation pm or ANYTHING now i know why your saying your open.... to keep people buying your service that are taking from what most people say, weeks for you to complete "catching up on account" was you appeasing people people payed weeks ago and you said you were almost 100% caught up which obv was a lie... Dont take me wrong imnot rying to be a dick ive just been watching and reading what people say and what people are saying arent matching up with what your saying man sorry for the rudiness im just being real..

Been almost two weeks now with no contact... This is ridiculous! And if there was someone else that was able to do advance warfare recoveries, I would choose them over this.
