im level 60 and dont quite understand how to prestige or what to do?

Keep playing, you will prestige automatically after level 60 is filled up all the way

Once you are level 60 and filled your xp bar up all the way buy a new squad member and play as him. From there you'll play as 1st prestige and so on. Hope I helped
