Lol underpowered? Yeah right. If anything the Xbox One is more powerful and future proof because of cloud computing, being able to offload some of the Gpu and Cpu onto the cloud.
Of course no games are using that at the moment but you will see games use them within the year.

Xbox one can only offload cpu tasks, at this point people internet connections cant handle gpu tasks at the proper speed for games. Only things like so can be offloaded, it's still underpowered.

Well for example, the PS4 version of ghosts runs a 1080p picture but there have been reports of drops in frames/second so I don't think we should judge the power of the Xbox one off the fact that its running 720p at the moment.
This is the first set of games on next gen, give developers time to learn the system inside and out and maximize the potential of cloud computing.

If you check the sources again, there is an update saying that th xbox one also experiences these issues at 720p.

Here's the way to think of it
The ps4 is more powerful straight out specs wise
The xbox 180 is just a bit less powerful but with secret or yet to be unlocked powers.
The ps4 is just releasing all its potential from the start. The xbox with their cloud support, kinect, and that small amount of extra ram is holding back. Developers over time will make the xbox more flexible and powerful because devs will learn how to use the cloud, kinect, etc. in their games to enhance the experience for xbox.

Kinect wont add power, only extra functions like voice control, and cloud is limited to a small number of things it's able to perform.
