Theres one on the ring pull and on under t on the can.

under the ring pull normally, however I am not too sure, enter both to see which one works as thats all I can suggest

The code is on top of the metal thing that you use to actually open the can, I think.

On the ring pull there should be a code. You enter it on cod.monsterenergy.com and you will either get a in game patch, Double XP and other in game items.
