Wouldn't 720p be better because it runs at 59fps instead of like 1080p and its 30fps?

Correct me if im wrong.

It dosent necessarily have to be 60 fps just because of 720....for example dead riseing 3 is 720 at 30 fps im pretty sure but either way it can be 30fps or 60 fps....
