Might be simple to some but i thought only people with Jtags could infect people? If i can infect people then how do i do it?

ok so first go into a private match by yourself then find the infection menu and select "step 1" and it will lag you out then go to the private match again and invite them then they back out go to split screen and start it and when they lag out you invite them back and you change the map to whatever you want the goto the infection menu display instructions then after it finishes select start infections (they should be spectating you while you start the infections) (as in they shouldnt be able to spawn"
