kinda need help with getting the sultan and i keep on seeing xbox user. i have a ps3 and help is limited. its would mean alot to me if someone can lend a helping hand.

its just a normal sultan but when u paint it and put a turbo on it. it becomes a sultan RS hope this helped u my gamer tag TNC Dynamic my xbox name tho dont go on ps3

The place to find the Sultan is the prison car park .It spawns there from time to time.

I'm pretty sure the Sultan has the same spawn on PS3.

You can find it at the prison car park a lot of the time.
