Ok,
So Best buy was doing a promotion where you trade in ANY game and you can get ghosts, Battlefield 4 , or Black flag for free. So I got ghosts for Xbox 360, not thinking instead of getting it for PS3 and doing the $10 upgrade. So I have to questions.
1. If I go to Best buy and ask if I can switch for a PS3 version from my xbox 360 game will they allow me to?
2. If #1 doesn't work, can I do the $10 upgrade with my xbox 360 version to a PS4 or is it franchise restricted?

Im pretty sure they will let you switch consoles like 360 to ps4 if not then return the game then get it for desired console.

They should allow you to as long as you kept it in its original wrapping and didn't use the disc.
Im not sure about the second one.
