Hey guys this is Pes with a detailed tutorial on how to get a iOS Emulator to play any Gameboy Game. For those of you above the age of 15 you probably remember the classic pokemon games or the classic Mario games. Whatever, we all used to play them at one point or another and I am sure you are missing it just a little bit. Well if you're ever feeling the need to play some Pokemon or to jump as Mario. This guide will help you out. Remember, there is NO NEED TO JAILBREAK FOR THIS.
AS OF RIGHT NOW I KNOW THIS WORKS ON IOS 7 and 6. (If you have a device below that for some odd reason, and you wanna try this out. Please let me know and I will put it in here as working or not working for a certain iOS with credit of your Username)
So if you actually read that, I appreciate it very much that you weren't a little brat and skipped to the tutorial. If you're still reading this is what the tutorial will include; Detailed tutorial with words AND pictures... for you slower people (; and links to the sites. It will also include links and tutorials on how to put games.
PROBLEMS WITH THE EMULATOR

Anyway...... Lets get started!

PROBLEMS WITH THE EMULATOR
1.The main problem I see with this Emulator is that you cannot connect to WiFi which means no trading Pokemon or battling each other in Mario Kart (if you can even do that 0__o) anyway I will be looking for solutions to maybe see if there is indeed a way to connect or if there is an updated version, but as of right now- this Emulator cannot go online.
2. There are no cheats.. Most Emulators for Droids or Galaxy's have a built in Action Replay for cheats.. Since us iOS users have to deal with Apple.. we cannot just get this out of the App Store making our life hard and cheatless. So looks like you're leveling up that Majikarp for real!

HOW TO GET GAMES
1. If you have successfully downloaded GBA4iOS then you might wanna get some ROMS. For the first step, make sure your date is still set to sometime in 2012. (ROMS will not download unless set to 2012 or before)
*ROM is basically the gameboy games if you're confused.
2. Once you finished checking, return to GBA4iOS and click on the little search icon in the top right- you will be taken to safari and a search will automatically be done.
3. Click on the first link which will take you to coolroms
4. Explore the site till you find a game you like!
5. Be on that games page and scroll down to "Download Now"
6. You will be taken to a page that has for example "Super Mario Advance.zip" just look up and it say "Open in GBA4iOS" just click on that and you're good to go! It has an autosave feature and also you can save in game!

Any explanation why?it may be your device that is making it lag. Or the amount of apps you have running. I'm running it on a brand new iPhone 4S with pandora playing and me switching back and forth between apps and it runs smoothly for me. Maybe try cleaning up your device by clearing out old/unused stuff?

iPhone 4s running iOS 5 is not working for this.
Already had an emulator but was going to try to get a 'legit' one. Good for more updated versions though.

bmadden wrote iPhone 4s running iOS 5 is not working for this.okay good to know. Looks like it has to be iOS 6+ and it runs smoother on iPhone 4S and 5's from what I'm hearing. And BMadden, I'll update post tomorrow with your credit saying iOS 5 does not work for this.
