You can do it yourself if you have a android smartphone.
The Call of Duty app does only work for some Android versions but unfortunately not the latest 4.1.2 update.

You could how ever use Bluestacks android emulator to do your clantag

I have not done it because the app isn't compatible with the latest update but those videos should help.
