Ok so i call 18004myxbox to try and get one of my controllers replaced and the guy they connected me to started talking in a country/hick accent then about halfway thru the conversation he starts talking in an indian/arab accent. wtf are they required to talk like arabs.. it seems like every time i call they hav an indian accent.

No duh dude all of ms support call centers are in India. They are required to say like an American name so people believe them but they eventually go back talking Indian
