I live in the UK and I was watching some TWITCH streams of people playing the PS4.

If you can answer my questions I will give you rep.

Q1 : Do you NEED a HD TV in order to play a PS4? or can you just plug in a HDMI?

Q2 : Do you pay for online?

Q3 : Can you stream via PS4 to TWITCH without a capture card?

yes you pay online and i think you do need a hdtv and i belive you can livestream directly from but not sure

Your TV doesn't need to be HD, anything with a HDMI port should be good enough.
