hey guys ive been looking online and there is way to many different videos about the best settings for Utorrent just wondering if anyone could tell me the best settings or link me to a site with settings that works well for you thanks guys

The settings won't help you at all, it may get you some more Seeders but it won't help your DL Speeds.
Only your ISP can do that.

For faster DL speeds, upgrade you DL speed through your ISP; the only thing that's gonna speed up your downloads otherwise is having a lot of seeders
