Battery is poor, it's a 2300 mAh batter - which would normally be fine, but the Snapdragon 800 eats through batter really quickly (I've got an Xperia Z1 which has a 3000 mAh battery).
As the owner of a Nexus 5, you're wrong about the battery. I get a full day's use out of the phone easily, with ~6 hours of screen on time at ~65% brightness.
